Northern Territory Business Events (NTBE) required a new way to manage demand generation and customer acquisition processes.

Auditing their current technology and processes, I created a new business plan for NTBE

NTBE was using spreadsheets and uncoordinated inboxes to track lead generation activities. I oversaw a program to audit these processes, along with the technology available, to come up with a new solution for efficient and effective lead generation management.

The solution was to move NTBE’s operations onto an existing Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM platform, utilising the case-management apps as well as the integrated email and sales tracking features.

The solution included staff training on the new platforms and integration into existing CRM working groups for knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
