To keep on top of user-experience best practice and ensure consumers who reached the website were engaging and converting into potential travellers, I designed and delivered a website refresh project.

Designed in-house and built on contentstack.

The revamped northernterritory.com website featured new content blocks, a refreshed layout, and more opportunities for first-party data (leads) capture to continue the conversation with potential travellers via email and social.

The new website included a Quiz to help guide users through travel content, enabling them to envisage a holiday to the beautiful NT.

The website was localised for UK, EU, US and Asia (China, Singapore and Japan) through Transperfect translation services and bespoke content for each region.

Results

  • Increase in average time on site by 20%

  • Increase organic lead capture by 10%

  • Increase return visitors by 10%

  • Increase page depth from 1 to 2.2
